Understanding Garment Fitting
Instructor, Gail Kelley will discuss and demonstrate how to evaluate and adjust a pattern for challenging fitting issues, such as sloping, or rolling forward shoulders, gaping necklines or armholes, full or slender arms, the list goes on. We will evaluate the needs of the group at the beginning and then work on those issues.
Students will participate as models for practice on each other with tissue patterns.
No Bust Adjustments will be covered in this class.
Dates: One session of 3 hours, February 26 from 6-9pm
Max of 5 students
Instructor: Gail Kelley
Supplies: none, except students should wear active wear clothing for fitting session.
Level: Advanced beginner and above. Should have sewn a garment prior to this class.
